MoyeoBom Account Deletion Guide
Account deletion is permanent
Once your account is deleted, all your data will be permanently removed and cannot be recovered. Please make sure you have saved any important information before proceeding.
How to Delete Your Account in the App
You can delete your account directly from the MoyeoBom app by following these steps:
Open the MoyeoBom app and log in to your account.
Go to Settings (tap the gear icon or your profile).
Tap "Delete Account" at the bottom of the settings page.
Confirm your identity and tap "Delete" to permanently remove your account.
What Data Will Be Deleted
When you delete your account, the following data will be permanently removed:

| Uploaded Files (images, documents) | Permanently deleted from storage |

| AI Chat Sessions | Permanently deleted |
| Device Registration and Notification History | Permanently deleted |
| Authentication Tokens | Immediately revoked |
Request Deletion via Email
If you are unable to access the app, you can request account deletion by sending an email with your registered email address:
Please include your registered email address in the request. We will verify your identity and process the deletion within 7 business days.
Deletion Timeline
Account deletion is processed immediately upon confirmation. All associated data is permanently removed from our servers. For email-based requests, deletion will be completed within 7 business days after identity verification.
