Bomtobe (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") establishes and discloses this Privacy Policy to protect users' personal information in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and related regulations, and to promptly and effectively address any related grievances.

Article 1 (Collection Items and Methods of Personal Information)

• Collected Items: Real-time video stream (WebRTC), recorded video files (WebM format)
• Purpose: Baby monitoring, sleep observation
• Storage: Stored locally on the user's device only; never transmitted to external servers
• Retention: Until deleted by the user

3. Face Detection Data (MediaPipe)

• Collected Items: 478 facial landmark coordinates (3D), head pose (Pitch, Yaw, Roll), eye aspect ratio (EAR), facial expression analysis, pain score (NFCS-based)
• Purpose: Sleep state analysis, anomaly detection, statistical report generation
• Processing: All analysis is performed in real time on the device; only results are stored locally
• Retention: Until deleted by the user

4. Sleep Analysis Data

• Collected Items: Sleep stages (awake, light sleep, deep sleep, danger), anomaly score (Ensemble Score), alert event records
• Purpose: Sleep quality analysis, hazardous situation alerts
• Retention: Until deleted by the user

5. Network Information

• Collected Items: Local network IP address, subnet mask
• Purpose: Automatic device discovery on the local network (parent device <-> monitoring device connection)
• Retention: Immediately deleted from memory upon app termination

6. Payment Information

• Collected Items: Subscription status (active/inactive), purchase receipt token (provided by Google Play / App Store)
• Purpose: Provision and management of subscription features
• Storage: Encrypted and stored in SecureStorage
• Note: Actual payment information (card numbers, account numbers, etc.) is not collected; Google/Apple processes all payments

All data is stored locally on the user's device only. The retention period for each item is as follows.

Article 4 (Provision of Personal Information to Third Parties)

BabeBom does not provide users' personal information to third parties.

However, the following cases are exceptions:

• When the user has given prior consent
• When required by law or when an investigative agency makes a request in accordance with the procedures and methods prescribed by law for investigative purposes

All data is stored locally on the user's device only; therefore, users manage their own data directly.

1. Destruction Methods

• In-App Deletion: Delete individual recorded videos and sleep data from the file management screen
• App Deletion: Deleting the app completely removes all local data

Article 7 (Rights of Users and Legal Representatives and Methods of Exercise)

Users may exercise the following rights at any time.

• Right to Access: View stored data at any time within the app
• Right to Rectification: Incorrect data can be deleted and regenerated
• Right to Deletion: Immediate deletion through in-app deletion features or app deletion
• Right to Suspend Processing: Data processing is immediately suspended upon cessation of app use

BabeBom protects the personal information of children under 14 through the following measures.

• The app is installed and used by the child's legal representative (parent or guardian)
• The child's video is stored only on the guardian's device

Article 13 (Changes to the Privacy Policy)

This Privacy Policy is effective from the enforcement date. In the event of additions, deletions, or modifications due to changes in laws, policies, or security technologies, the changes shall be announced through the app at least 7 days prior to their effective date.

Article 14 (Terms of Use)

The BabeBom app is licensed under the terms of the Apple Standard End User License Agreement (EULA). By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to these terms.

Subscription Terms

• Payment: Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon purchase confirmation
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renewal is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Management: You can manage and cancel your subscription in your App Store account settings after purchase
• Free Trial: Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited upon purchase of a subscription
